About the Role:
As part of Learning Development Services, our Distance Learning Operations Team supports the strategic development and delivery of distance learning across ARU. The Distance Learning Resource and Contract Coordinator will be crucial to the efficient running of the Distance Learning provision ensuring an outstanding and dedicated service to our students and stakeholders.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing Distance Learning Operations Team to drive growth and opportunity to a growing Distance Learning community. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing Tutor contracts, Tutor recruitment and onboarding, KPI management and financial administration of our deliveries ensuring our students receive an outstanding experience and feel part of the ARU wider community. You will need to work collaboratively across the Distance Learning Operations Team, wider University teams and external stakeholders.
You’ll have a degree or be part qualified in a relevant professional qualification and demonstrable appropriate level of experience and evidence of CPD. You’ll have experience of financial administration, data collation and analysis, developing systems and processes and budget or contract experience. You will need excellent interpersonal skills, enjoying working in a fast paced and sometimes pressured, customer focused environment.
