Requirements
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to leads the development and implementation of AD Education UK’s quality assurance framework, policies and procedures across the institution. Based at ICMP Kilburn, you will ensure compliance with internal governance, external regulations and best practice.
The role involves work across matrix reporting lines to ensure the Quality processes are upheld and implemented at geographically disparate campuses. Your responsibilities will include organising and support the work of the ADE UK Governance Structure, including oversight of the committee planner, committee effectiveness, staff training, leading the implementation of policy controls and managing the delivery of ICMP and SAE’s processes for academic appeals, student complaints and student disciplinary matters. With prior experience in higher education quality assurance framework, procedures and regulations, and strong leadership skills, you will help assure the maintenance of standards and enhance the quality of ADE UK’s education and academic partnership provision.
