Purpose 

We are seeking an experienced full-time Senior Programme Administrator to join our Student Data & Operational Systems team. This includes scheduling of all of Henley’s taught Programmes using the CMIS software, always ensuring the integrity of timetabling data, manging change control processes and building strong relationships with stakeholders across the school. 

Main duties and responsibilities

Timetabling

The Postholder will specifically be responsible for leading on Programme scheduling using CMIS, including:

  • Manging a 3-year dataset on CMIS and manging an annual data roll over process.
  • Inputting data into CMIS to create timetables for each cohort.
  • Liaising with internal facilities teams and off-site venues to secure room bookings for events.
  • Ensuring teaching resource is accurately recorded on CMIS.
  • Providing reports and data and identify key trends and themes.
  • Managing the change control process for scheduling at the request of stakeholders.
  • Building effective relationships with internal stakeholders to respond to business requirements.
  • Line managing a grade 4 resource.
  • Continually looking for ways to improve the existing processes.

Evaluations

The post holder is responsible for: 

  • Managing the year-round evaluation processes for modules using the Evasys System.
  • Ensuring all evaluations are scheduled and results are distributed to relevant stakeholders.
  • Presenting evaluation data in an accessible and coherent way that will inform future programme enhancement to benefit the customer experience.
  • Maintaining a results dashboard and preparing quarterly reports.
  • Working with the University of Reading’s central functions to continue to explore further functionality of the Evasys system that will benefit wider stakeholders.

  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Effective and confident communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to accurately input and manipulate data to provide appropriate analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
