We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Programme Support Administrator to join the MBA Programme Team at Saïd Business School. This team is responsible for delivering a seamless and high-quality student experience across the MBA and 1+1 MBA degree programmes. You will play a vital role in supporting the academic and co-curricular delivery of the programme, ensuring smooth coordination of student projects, events and administrative tasks.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for student and faculty queries.
  • Organise events and student activities, including logistical arrangements for venues, catering and guest lists.
  • Process and produce termly course evaluation reports.
  • Raise purchase orders and process invoices, ensuring accurate expenditure records.
  • Provide flexible support for MBA courses and events, including those that occur during evenings or weekends.
You should have excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to managing tasks and projects. You must be able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritise effectively under pressure, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach are essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication, including proofreading and drafting correspondence.
