An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Process Improvement Lead to work within the University's Transformation Team on a permanent basis.
In this role, the successful candidate will report to the Head of Process Improvement and work in collaboration with fellow members of the WCGT team, and project teams from across the University, the Process Improvement Lead will support the diagnostics and team engagement within improvement projects in flight that are designed to transform our staff and student experience through process improvement.
You will utilise your knowledge of process improvement techniques to help diagnose and design solutions that will improve our internal processes alongside our ways of working. The Process Improvement Lead will be able to work effectively as a part of the delivery team to embed improvements in processes and our ways of working that will deliver real benefits in terms of our user and/or staff experience and create value-adding time for our team.
These programmes are designed to transform our staff and student experience, and you will help teams understand the diversity of users and advocate for service improvements. In this role, you will support all stages of a project, from diagnostics to design, working together with the project delivery team to design services that meet the needs of users.
This post is full-time (35 hours per week) and offered on an open ended basis.
