Account Coordinator

An opportunity has arisen within the Centre for Academic Partnerships to recruit an Account Coordinators to oversee the operation of, and provide account management for, an assigned group of our international and UK academic partners. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for activities ranging from new and existing partner development, partner visits and relationship management, to partner monitoring and committee reporting, in line with the expectations of our Academic Quality Framework.

Successful candidates will have experience in relationship management or business development, in a partnership or education context. They will be highly organised, provide excellent customer service skills, be able to adopt a flexible approach, adapting to changing priorities and meeting deadlines. Account Coordinators will have excellent written and oral communication skills, display strong analytical skills for interpretation of information, and work well in a team, as well as being able to work independently when required. They must be willing to undertake international travel.
