Applications are invited for the post of Head of Access and Success in the Directorate of Student Success.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a team of senior professional services staff within Royal Holloway's Student Journey Division. You will be a key member of the directorate leadership team, alongside leading and managing a range of activity to support and develop student access and success. This includes operational delivery of the University's Access and Participation Plan (APP) and leading teams focused on widening access, learning technology, academic skills development, and learning design, working in close collaboration within the Student Journey Division and across professional services and academic schools.
Applicants to this newly-created and high-profile position should have demonstrable understanding of strategic issues relating to student access to, and success in, higher education, alongside experience in development and delivery of focused strategic plans, evaluating the outcomes and impact of interventions to ensure student success. The role also demands extensive experience in successfully leading and managing diverse teams through a changing environment.
