About The Role
This is a Fixed Term position for 3 years working 35 hours per week.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead initiatives that directly impact mental health services and improve outcomes for individuals in need. This role will also contribute to other projects within the Population, Psychiatry, Suicide and Informatics (PPSI) team, leveraging your expertise to enhance overall outcomes.
As the Project Manager for the Data & Digital workstream, you will play a crucial role within a dynamic mental health research team that has secured over £40M in funding. You will collaborate closely with partners at Manchester and King’s College London, and others across the UK, driving projects focused on data and digital solutions to identify shared care records and infrastructure that link data across primary and secondary care, as well as other mental health services. Your efforts will aim to improve patient recruitment for clinical trials while ensuring project objectives are met within set timelines and budgets. You will work alongside a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders across the four nations to oversee multi-partner initiatives that enhance research and ultimately improve the population's mental health.

Welsh Language Skills
The Welsh language level required for this role is Level 1 - A little. The role holder will be able to pronounce Welsh words, answer the phone in Welsh (good morning/afternoon) and use very basic everyday words and phrases (thank you, please etc.). Level 1 can be reached by completing a 1 hour course.
