About:
The Feuer International Scholarships in Artificial Intelligence are prestigious and highly competitive PhD scholarships. Funded by successful Warwick alumnus Jonathan Feuer, they were established to create a group of extremely talented, academically brilliant, world-leading young researchers who will go on to have careers in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
Aimed at attracting outstanding students from across the world, the fully funded PhD scholarship will support young people from across all academic disciplines to contribute to world-changing research in the development and deployment of trustworthy AI.
The power of AI is being recognised across the world, and the significant effort and resource being expended means that AI impacts on people’s everyday lives. However, it is vital that the use of AI is trustworthy to ensure that the benefits it offers are not outweighed by risks to safety, security, equality, and fairness. It is this significant challenge that the successful applicants will address. If you’re awarded a Feuer Scholarship, you’ll have the chance to work alongside Warwick’s top researchers, who are some of the world’s sharpest minds and hold fellowships at the Alan Turing Institute in London. The scholarship programme is part of the University’s internationally recognised Cyber Security Global Research Priority and scholars will have access to industry partners and mentoring opportunities.
