We are seeking an outstanding candidate to join our team of Research and Academic Support Librarians.
This is a part-time, job share role, which shares liaison responsibility for Warwick Business School, the Department of Sociology and the International Foundation Studies Programme.
This role focuses on enhancing the learning, teaching and research experience at the University. With your job share partner, you will build relationships with students and staff, provide engaging information literacy and research skills training, and represent the Library in a wide range of contexts in your Departments. You will increase engagement with the Library’s extensive collections and support a decolonised, inclusive curriculum.
You'll work in a collaborative environment that values your contributions and supports your professional growth. This role offers the ability to have a significant impact on teaching, learning and research at Warwick. It also provides the opportunity to lead on service development and innovation for one of the key functional specialisms of the team. About You
You are a proactive and collaborative professional Librarian with a proven track record in supporting education and research. You excel in building effective relationships with students and staff and are an excellent ambassador for the Library.
Your expertise in delivering engaging research skills training and your commitment to supporting a decolonised and inclusive curriculum make you a valuable asset. You are proactive in curriculum development and in increasing engagement with the Library’s collections.
