This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.
Summary of the role
The role sits within the Accounts Receivable Team in the Financial Operations Department at the University of Exeter. The Financial Operations strategy encompasses cross functional working and a continuous improvement ethos, encouraging feedback to increase efficiencies, drive innovation and promote a positive and empowered work environment.
As a member of the team, key areas that you will support include work-load management and day to day line management of the Accounts Receivable Team, responding to escalated queries, Delivery of the University’s debt management procedures, including debtor contact and recommendation of proposed sanctions, payment plans, external debt collection agency referrals and legal action.
Other focus areas include supporting various financial operation projects and utilising data analysis skills to produce weekly/monthly KPI reports. You will work closely with multiple individuals across various teams within the University in delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders.
