We have an excellent opportunity for an exceptional Personal Assistant to join us as one of a small team who provide high level professional support to our Executive Team and Vice Chancellor’s Office.
Your duties will be varied, and include liaising with external organisations, colleagues and students; diary and email management; handling correspondence and providing support for meetings. You will need to be flexible with your working hours to ensure support is provided in line with the business requirements.
To be successful in this role experience of using digital communication methods and being familiar with online conferencing software is essential. You will bring with you exemplary Microsoft Office skills (MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and a thorough knowledge of electronic diary management. You’ll be highly motivated and proactive with a flexible, positive outlook and the ability to work to tight deadlines. You’ll have outstanding customer service and communication skills, together with the ability to establish effective relations with a range of internal and external contacts. Of course, your superb organisational skills are also essential in this role.
