As a Customer Advisory Consultant, or Senior Customer Advisory Consultant, you can help us make the best universities even better. This will underpin a new partnership model, ensuring we are with customers every step of the way; whether that is strengthening their operational resilience or developing strategic optimisation plans which realise long-term success.

About the role 

As a Customer Advisory Consultant you will use your knowledge of SITS to support Higher Education (HE) institutions around the world to make the most of their systems, allowing them to focus on achieving student success. 

You will work closely with our SITS customers to provide support and guidance on system administration and usage, which will include trouble shooting, problem solving, incident resolution as well as sharing best practice insight and guidance. Advisory Consultants will also play an instrumental role internally, collaborating with product and services experts to ensure we are there for customers in the moments that matter. 

In this role you will build lasting relationships with a wide range of customers who you will support throughout their journey with Tribal; from supporting a successful customer onboarding through to supporting roadmaps for new and innovative system features. 

The Team 

You will join the team at an exciting period as we are evolving the function to provide ever increasing levels of customer service and success. This means that, whilst we already have an established and expert team that will welcome and support you in the role, you will be able to use your expertise to genuinely influence our approach going forward. 

You will work in a highly collaborative environment, building strong working relationships with colleagues from our product development, professional services, customer success and cloud teams. 

The Person 

To provide this best-in-class support and guidance it will be essential that applicants have an In-depth and practical knowledge of Tribal’s SITS system, and confidence in communicating technical and systems information. 

Success for this role is all about making sure that our customers have the best possible experience and so a passion for providing great customer service, and helping others to get the most out of technology is essential (are you the “go-to” person for any SITS queries?
