LEARNER COACH FOR DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS AND CYBER SECURITY DEGREE APPRENTICESHIPS

Are you passionate about guiding the next generation of digital and cybersecurity professionals? We are seeking dedicated Learner Coaches to support our Digital Technology Solutions Professional (DTSP) and Cyber Security Technical Professional (CSTP) Degree Apprenticeships. In this role, you will be instrumental in nurturing the development of apprentices, helping them to build their knowledge, skills, and behaviours (KSBs) through high-quality coaching, guidance, and feedback.

As a Learner Coach, you will work closely with our Apprenticeship Academic Course Leaders, Apprenticeship Co-Ordinator, and the wider Apprenticeship team to ensure that you are fully equipped with the knowledge required to support your apprentices effectively. You will be responsible for managing the progress of 6 to 15 learners, providing regular progress reviews, and assisting them in preparing for their End-Point Assessments (EPA).

This flexible, part-time role allows you to work on an "as required" basis, typically within the hours of 7 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday. You will be compensated at a rate of £250 per learner per annum, with payments made quarterly.
