The role
The School of Humanities is seeking to recruit a Senior Student Administrator to join a large and vibrant education team on a full-time permanent basis.
The roleholder would be required to take responsibility for specific areas of administration which support the student admin-related processes within the School and supervise the work of the Education Team in specific delegated areas.
The roleholder will be required to act as deputy to the Student Administration Manager (SAM) and Deputy SAM, and support him/her in the overall student administration for the School.
What will you be doing?
This role involves the supervision of Student Administrators in tasks including unit registration, communication to students, management of BlackBoard sites, processing student records and extension requests. The role holder will also work alongside other Senior Student Administrators in the team to take ownership of administrative processes within the School. These include Academic misconduct, Exceptional Circumstances and Engagement Monitoring (Student Visas).
