St John’s College, one of the largest Colleges within the University of Cambridge, is seeking to appoint an Executive Assistant.
This position provides an exciting opportunity to provide high-level executive and administrative assistance and support to the College’s Senior Bursar (CFO), as well as supporting other team members, and overseeing administrative provision within the Bursary and helping to oversee and manage the flow and execution of business within the team.
The successful candidate will have significant and relevant experience gained in a senior administrative role, exceptional organisational skills and proficiency in reviewing, developing and improving administrative processes. The position requires someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, extensive IT aptitude and the ability to use their own judgement and initiative in the role.
