About the Role
The post holder will be joining the Centre for Preventive Neurology at the Wolfson Institute of Population Health, Queen Mary University of London and will work closely with the Centre manager and Centre lead.
The focus of the role will be to provide administrative support and secretarial support to the Centre lead, Centre manager and other assigned members of staff in their execution of Centre related activities.
About You
It is essential that candidates have experience in a similar administrative role and excellent communication and organisations skills. In addition, candidates must be educated to GCSE level in Maths and English or have equivalent experience. A-levels in Maths and English or equivalent experience is desirable.

The Centre for Preventive Neurology is at the forefront of international research and brings together an expert team to carry out revolutionary new research into Dementia, Multiple Sclerosis, and Parkinson’s disease. The centre’s focus is on academic discipline, research, the translation of research into health strategies and their practical implementation.

The post is based in Charterhouse Square. It is part time, 0.2 FTE – 0.3 FTE (7 – 10.5 hours per week), initially a fixed term appointment for 12 months which at the end of the 12 months period may be converted into, and offered, on a permanent basis.
The salary will be Grade 3/19 – 3/27 at £32,321 - £39,065 (depending on experience) pro rata, inclusive of London Allowance.
