Sport & Physical Activity is the department of the University of Sheffield that manages all aspects of sport, including facilities and related services. The facilities at Goodwin Sports Centre includes a 170 station gym, strength and conditioning room, squash courts, sports hall, studios, extensive outdoor pitch provision. At Norton Sports Park we have 44 acres of grass playing fields and a rugby/football and hockey synthetic pitch.

We are looking for friendly staff who love working in a leisure environment with a focus on offering great levels of service to customers. Recreation Assistant duties include facility set-ups, supervision, facility inspections and responding to first aid and emergency situations. This role would suit someone who has worked in a leisure facility and would embrace the chance to join our team supporting health and wellbeing opportunities to students and the wider community.
