Job description
We are looking for an experienced pro-active admin professional to join our friendly and supportive team to provide high quality administrative and operational support for our growing portfolio of programmes delivered within the Faculty of Sport, Technology and Health Science
You will work collaboratively with academic staff and professional services staff across central and Faculty-based teams within the University. You will support the efficient delivery of core activities within the student lifecycle including engagement monitoring and assessment activity.
Ideal candidates will have experience of working in an office-based administrative role providing administrative services and support to your allocated programme teams and possibly the wider Faculty. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills, be a good organiser with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. You will have good IT skills, with demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Office applications, and be a competent user of work-related databases. You will be also be a flexible team player and have proven ability to use your initiative to resolve work-related issues appropriately.
