We have an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Transformation team as a Senior Project Manager working on a flexible hybrid basis (a minimum of two days per week in the office and Tuesday is a fixed office day).

About the Role

  • This dual role requires a Senior Project Manager to lead two critical change initiatives across the University. The first initiative focuses on delivering agile squads across five Portfolios via a new delivery model. The second involves supporting the implementation of workforce planning as part of the University’s People Strategy. The role demands close collaboration with third-party providers, ensuring efficient ways of working and fostering strong relationships.
  • The postholder will be responsible for managing multiple priorities and projects, delivering equally across these two initiatives. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will work closely with Business Change Managers, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of change efforts.

About You

  • The successful candidate will need to possess excellent project management skills and experience in managing, influencing and participating in large scale business change initiatives. You’ll need the ability to work in an environment with diverse requirements and multiple dependencies.
  • The role will require a high level of skills and experience in stakeholder engagement and management, planning, financial management and working within an Agile delivery environment.
