The Theoretical and Applied Linguistics Section in the Faculty of Modern and Medieval Languages and Linguistics is seeking to appoint a temporary Teaching Associate in Computational Linguistics. The role is part time (0.2 FTE) and fixed term until 31 July 2025, with a start date of October 2024.

The Teaching Associate will be expected to contribute to the teaching and examining of the undergraduate course in Computational Linguistics, and to the related administration. The successful candidate will have relevant teaching experience, hold a PhD in a relevant field (or clear evidence that completion of the PhD is imminent) and be able to demonstrate active, collegial engagement in teaching and administration.
