About the Role
The role of Client Relationship Manager is a new position within the School of Business and Management and will be responsible for building and developing the School’s relationships with a wide range of clients, building on our existing portfolio to promote opportunities for collaboration between external businesses and the School of Business & Management. This post will play an important role in connecting the School to the wider business community, and will support the Business Development Manager to strengthen relations with and contribute to key external partnerships.
The majority of the role holder’s time will be spent meeting and speaking with clients, and as such this role requires someone who is confident with working in an external facing role with business development or client relationship knowledge. The role holder will collaborate closely with colleagues within the School of Business and Management and departments around the university.
About You
Candidates should have an extensive proven track record of managing successful relationships with clients, experience in project management as well as managing complex activities to tight deadlines. Candidates should be passionate about providing excellent client service with a positive approach to dealing with people.
