The University of Central Lancashire’s School of Nursing and Midwifery has a proud history of delivering an outstanding education to all our learners, embracing innovative curriculum design, informed by a growing body of pedagogic research, and a strong track record of research success. We’ve recently developed and launched a new, creative curriculum, supported by significant investment in clinical skills facilities across campuses, and the development of some outstanding simulated clinical placements.
Working with the Dean, as part of the School Leadership Team, the Associate Dean will contribute to the School's and University’s vision and strategy, helping us deliver an outstanding student experience, grow our income, shape our new educational offer to our learners, foster a supportive and empowering culture for colleagues, and improve student outcome and experience metrics.
You will work closely with the PVC Students and Teaching, other Associate Deans and Professional Services colleagues to retain an oversight of the University’s Students and Teaching strategies, contributing to the next TEF.
