This new full-time (36.5 hours per week) post is available immediately on a fixed-term basis until 31 July 2025.

Flexible Hybrid working – This is a hybrid role that offers flexible working between home and our Streatham Campus.

What you’ll be doing…

As a Finance & Planning Systems Analyst you'll be accountable for the enhancement of finance system processes and planning tools, utilising products and models to provide compelling visions and leveraging the functionality to deliver benefits and help the business achieve its goal for the Planning and Finance Systems Team. You will balance requirements with the technical strategy and delivery capacity. You will be happy to take the lead in ensuring the development and configuration of the tools used are prioritised on the roadmap and you will excel at providing evidence-based value to customers and end users.

You will work collaboratively to inform, guide thinking, and develop clear plans using Agile project methodologies to ensure requirements for improvement are translated into appropriate plans with time and costs and prioritise development activities.

  • Proven experience of supporting and enhancing business systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen understanding of customer needs.
  • Experience documenting and prioritising requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Agile mindset, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
