We are seeking to appoint a Lecturer in People and Organisations. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching across the main functions of human resources and wider business subject areas such as change management, leadership and strategy, both on campus and online. You will be responsible for module leadership, as well as leading on related subject areas to ensure the business school is kept up to date with the latest research, business practices and new developments within the people and organisations field. Additionally, you will be expected to contribute to academic research within your field of expertise.

You will be expected to develop a strong industry network and demonstrate confidence and credibility liaising with different sectors and industries.
You will undertake the day-to-day teaching, learning and management of modules, ensuring there is continuity of teaching and assessment, quality assurance, enhancement, and successful engagement within student and academic processes.
