About the role:
We are seeking to recruit a Programme Coordinator to work within Imperial College Business School. The Business School is a world-leading research institute, home to a suite of innovative MSc and MBA programmes.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional team. You will be working to a high-volume workload and you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of an effective and efficient service to the Business School programmes ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the modules throughout the academic year. You will be expected to focus on supporting the team’s objectives and be proactive in improving processes and procedures to enhance the student experience.
You should have excellent communication skills and be customer service oriented. You will be comfortable balancing multiple deadlines and prioritising effectively. You will have a commitment to providing high quality support and smooth operational delivery of the programme. You will also have the ability to work under pressure, working both independently and within a team. You should have experience working with MS Office and large amounts of data, as well as excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Previous experience of working in higher education is desirable. In the first instance, the role will support the MSc Global Health Management and the MSc Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Management programmes.
