About the Role
Applications are invited for a Clinical Teaching Fellow in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. This is a career development post at FY2/ST level to help teach the next generation of doctors. The post is focused on teaching O&G to fourth year students of the MBBS programme. You will receive training in teaching from a team of enthusiastic academics and as part of the post have opportunities for professional development.
About You
Applicants will have a keen interest in medical education and teaching. Applicants will be required to have a medical degree, be registered with the GMC and to have completed the requisite clinical experience. You will be expected to have experience of undergraduate teaching appropriate to the level of appointment, strong communication skills, both written and verbal and appropriate IT skills, including the design of computer and web-based learning materials. You will have knowledge of the GMC ‘Outcomes for Graduates.
