The Role:

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including but not limited to government guidelines, funding regulations, and quality assurance standards
  • Develop and maintain systems and processes to track compliance-related activities, funding, documentation and reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance-related activities
  • Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, funding agencies and inspection authorities
  • Provide on-going support and guidance to staff members to enhance their understanding of compliance issues and ensure consistent adherence to policies and procedures

About You:

  • English and Maths at Level 2 or equivalent
  • Qualification at Level 3 or above in Business Administrator or willingness to work towards
  • Industry knowledge of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
  • Demonstrable experience in providing administration support within an education setting
  • Experience of working with external and internal partners linked to Educational Health Care Plans and Additional Learning Support needs
