Programme Director - MA in Contemporary Christian Leadership

Oak Hill College is seeking a visionary Programme Director to be our lead in designing, implementing, recruiting, and delivering our brand new Master of Arts in Contemporary Christian Leadership. 

You will be the key person in shaping the content and delivery of this ambitious and exciting new programme which will launch in September 2025. 

This is a rare opportunity to be involved in a bold and innovative academic programme, which we pray will have a significant beneficial impact on the health of churches and Christian ministries in the UK and further afield. 

This program is designed to equip those who are currently serving in a Leadership role in Churches or other Christian organisations. The aim will be to support students by further developing their skills in theology, as well as practical and leadership skills and leadership formation. These skills are vital for those to lead our churches effectively in today’s rapidly changing world while remaining utterly dependent on our never-changing Saviour. 

Oak Hill College is a theological college which exists for healthy churches. We help train and sustain Christlike leaders who are trustworthy with God’s word, love people - both those in their care and the lost -  and lead with skill and wisdom. This is our passion, commitment and expertise.
