People Development Officer

Full time, fixed term to 30th June 2025.

Due to internal secondments, Loughborough Sport is looking to recruit a People Development Officer. This role is being offered on a full-time and fixed-term basis until 30th June 2025.

Working across the department of Loughborough Sport, this role will be instrumental in coordinating and implementing all induction, training, and development activities across all job roles.

This highly motivated, organised, and experienced professional will help drive Loughborough Sport’s people development agenda.

People development plays a crucial role within Loughborough Sport and as such, this is no usual administrative role. This is a fast-paced, multi-dimensional role whereby the right person will be influential in working with staff to help create training and developmental experiences.

Normal working pattern will be Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.
