The College of Health Medicine and Life Sciences is seeking to appoint a Senior PGR Programmes Administrator in the Postgraduate Research Programmes Office. This role will ensure the delivery of operational routines and administrative processes providing accurate and timely data/record management to support College postgraduate researchers and staff.

You will support the PGR Programmes Manager and work closely with the rest of the PGR Office, as well as professional and academic colleagues across the Institution to ensure that the highest levels of experience are achieved for postgraduate researchers within the College.

You will have a strong administrative background with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You will have the ability to plan and organise your workload effectively and good attention to detail. With excellent team working skills, you will be flexible and able to use your initiative and discretion. Strong IT skills are essential and you will preferably have experience of using key university systems such as Microsoft Teams, eVision, SITS, Brightspace and Contensis, although this is not essential as long as you can demonstrate transferable skills.
