About you

The MBA programme is a flagship programme of Southampton Business School, holding a coveted and reputationally critical AMBA five-year accreditation. With plans to develop a further Global Executive MBA and further executive education provision, the advertised position is an important and significant role within Southampton Business School. The MBA Programme Manager will work closely with the MBA Programme Director and the Director of Knowledge Exchange and Enterprise to provide administrative and managerial support for the MBA programme and wider learning support for MBA student cohorts on-site and off-site, the teaching team, and the programme leadership. The successful applicant will be able to contribute to supporting quality assurance and quality enhancement within the MBA programme.

You’ll bring significant experience of building and sustaining relationships between academic and non-academic communities, together with a keen appreciation of current trends and issues in higher education, especially within an MBA context. An enterprising self-starter, with strong project management skills, you’ll have the ability to think strategically, plan effectively, and establish productive relationships with both our students and with organisations.
