Head of Student Recruitment 1.0 FTE

35 hours per week/52 weeks per year

As Head of Student Recruitment, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our institution's future, reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Affairs. You'll:

• Develop and implement strategic student recruitment plans
• Lead the delivery of recruitment, progression, and conversion activities
• Provide analytical insights to inform strategic decision-making
• Oversee the Student Ambassador scheme
• Work closely with the Head of Communications to ensure coordinated efforts

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in creating and delivering strategic student recruitment plans
• Track record of meeting student recruitment targets and KPIs
• In-depth knowledge of home and/or international student recruitment environments
• Experience with systems to enhance business processes
• Strong analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights
• Understanding of UK Higher Education and compliance requirements
