Conversion Manager 1.0 FTE

35 hours per week/52 weeks per year

As Conversion Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our future student body, reporting to the Head of Student Recruitment. You'll:

• Develop and implement engaging online and in-person conversion activities for undergraduate and postgraduate prospects, ensuring high-quality service standards
• Lead conversion campaigns and collaborate across the institution to recruit both international and home students
• Manage a network of current student ambassadors for student recruitment and marketing activities

What We're Looking For:

• Supervisory experience in a sales or marketing role, ideally in Higher Education
• Proven track record in running successful conversion activities or events
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events when required
