Are you passionate about helping research make a difference? Have you got experience of implementing change programmes?
Then this is an exciting opportunity to support the development and delivery of the University of Bath's Research Impact Strategy.
In this role you will work collaboratively with academics, Research & Innovation Services staff and other professional services to embed a culture of impact across the University of Bath, as part of a cross-university impact team. You will lead on ensuring that there are a range of supportive mechanisms available to academic staff to help them progress their research impact. You will be involved from the early planning stages right through to capturing evidence of impact and sharing stories of impact through case studies.
You will be based in Research & Innovation Services but will need to co-ordinate and collaborate with teams across the University, and beyond, who contribute to driving impact of research and provide support.
About you
You will be educated to degree level, or equivalent, and have experience of implementing strategies and supporting others to plan for, deliver and evidence impact. Qualities that we seek in our ideal candidate include:
