The highly successful, fast-paced and innovative Student Recruitment Team within Future Students is seeking to appoint a Regional Student Recruitment Officer to work with schools and colleges in the South West of England and other regions in England and Wales as required. Under the leadership of the Senior Student Recruitment Officer, the role will involve providing information, advice and guidance and delivering presentations to students, parents, carers and teachers, and generating new leads in schools and colleges in England for the University of South Wales.
This position is home-based from the South West of England, or nearby locations, however the post-holder will be required to work from the University’s campuses occasionally when required. This position will involve extensive travel, and evening and weekend working, to attend events and deliver sessions in schools and colleges on behalf of the University.
The successful applicant will have a thorough understanding and knowledge of secondary, further and higher education, in particular the 14-19 curriculum and university admissions processes. They will have experience of providing information, advice and guidance, and delivering activities for young people, and will demonstrate outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to work flexibly as required.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
