Alliance Manchester Business School is seeking to appoint a talented and motivated individual to join the Student Support & Guidance team in the MBA & Global Programmes Operations team.

The Global MBA has been delivered transnationally since 1992 through the network of UoM international centres.

This role will better support all of our programmes; supporting our students, delivering world class programmes and student experience which is at the heart of what we do.

The Student Support & Guidance Officer will be responsible for supporting the management and delivery of student support on MBA & Global Programmes, within the Student Services area of the MBA & Global Operations Team.

They will be responsible for leading on all aspects of activity in this area.  Including, first line contact and support for students, building rapport with students, administrative processes and supporting programme activities.

Applicants should possess a first degree (or relevant professional qualification) and/or significant experience of working in programme administration, within a Higher Education Institution. Applicants should also have experience of working in a customer focused environment and delivering exceptional customer service.

Essential to this role is the ability to supervise and motivate staff and the ability to communicate effectively with staff from across the MBA & Global programmes, international centres, and the Business School.
