Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our LaMB Project team, you will:

  • Provide Comprehensive Administrative Support
  • Act as the Project Support Officer’s (PSO) Liaison
  • Efficiently Manage Communication
  • Maintain Accurate Records
  • Coordinate Meetings and Arrange venues
  • Contribute significantly to Office Efficiency

Key Working Relationships

Reporting directly to the Change Manager for the LaMB project, you will work closely with the Project Support Officer, who serves as the bridge between the project team and the Capital Projects Team. You will also interact professionally with senior university staff and external contractors, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

  • Professional demeanor
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience in a project delivery environment or within a project team
  • Financial administration skills (e.g., raising purchase orders, receipting)
  • Previous experience within a university setting
