Applications are invited for the role of Postgraduate Co-ordinator at the Centre for the Study of Existential Risk (CSER). An exciting opportunity has arisen within the core administrative team to support the development and smooth running of the new postgraduate programme within CSER, working as part of the postgraduate team within the Institute for Technology and Humanity (ITH). Funding is available for this post for three years in the first instance.

Reporting to the Centre Co-ordinator, this varied role will include acting as a first point of contact for all postgraduate enquiries, working with the Course Leader(s) and colleagues in the ITH postgraduate team and School of Arts and Humanities to ensure the efficient operation of CSER's new MPhil. This is a diverse role, and the role holder may be asked to undertake other duties as appropriate.

The post holder is expected to take a proactive and flexible approach to their work and will have relevant administrative experience in a Higher Education setting, alongside experience of postgraduate processes and knowledge of course administration. You will have strong organisational skills and be able to prioritise effectively, working to tight deadlines, and have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain good working relationships with a wide range of people.
