Applicants will have a track record of university teaching and learning and/or experience of training, educating and mentoring the development of others. Ideally candidates will have a teaching qualification, a recognition of the HEA or be willing to work towards their membership of a relevant Higher Education Professional Body.

In response to the expanding needs of the marketplace and to enhance the academic offerings for our students, AFG College in collaboration with the University of Aberdeen is eager to expand its faculty by recruiting accomplished academics with a focus on Global Communication within various sectors. This specialisation is not confined to any single industry but is relevant across diverse fields such as construction, oil & gas, law, healthcare, politics, engineering, media, and energy.

Through their contributions, the successful candidates will significantly influence the development of future leaders in global business communication, equipping them with the skills necessary to navigate and succeed in a complex, interconnected world. In addition to their teaching responsibilities, successful candidates will also be expected to participate in the administration of the programmes, actively engage with industry and in relevant scholarship activities.
