We wish to appoint an exceptional Research Fellow in Health Economics to join the Economic Sustainability Research Theme within the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Applied Research Collaboration Greater Manchester, based at the University of Manchester. The postholder will use econometric methods and large survey and administrative datasets to generate high-quality research that supports the economic sustainability of the health and care system by increasing our understanding of the determinants of health, health inequalities and care delivery.
The successful applicant will work with Professor Matt Sutton, Dr Luke Munford, and other members of the NIHR ARC-GM team and will be based in the Division of Population Health, Health Services Research and Primary Care in the Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health.
This is a full-time post based in Manchester and hybrid working arrangements are possible (with agreement from your line manager).
