This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of IAM experts and add your influence to processes that affect over 10,000 new identities per year.

This role can offer hybrid working and a flexible working pattern.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, maintenance and support of new Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions within Data and Technology Services (DTS). The role requires working closely with the wider Cyber Security team, and university to assist in delivering an excellent digital experience at LSE.

The role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of services including but not restricted to:-

  • Oversight of LSE’s central user identity records and their data quality.
  • Development and maintenance of account provisioning processes for all staff and students, including non-permanent staff and short course students.
  • Administration of DTS tools for account provisioning, including Privileged Access Management.

Candidates should have;

  • Substantial experience of managing enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, especially SailPoint and CyberArk.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and/or Linux systems administration, including systems security, scripting and systems monitoring.
  • Experience with enhancing IAM systems through advanced custom configurations via Beanshell, Java, JSON, XML, YAML and other relevant languages.
