This is a unique opportunity to join at a pivotal moment for the Library as we embark on the transformation of our services and launch a new strategy. We are looking for inspiring, credible, and authentic team players.
This is an exciting and creative role for the right individual, involving assisting in the delivery of online user interactions with the Library, providing support for an outstanding student digital experience. The postholder will be involved in contributing to aspects of digital student communications interventions to support our student communities, help with staff training and development in the digital space, and support service development through evidence-based research, to advocate new approaches and technologies.
About You
We are looking for an outstanding candidate to join our developing Digital Experience team.
You will have a service-oriented approach, responding flexibility to customer demand. You will have a good understanding of current teaching and e-learning methods, have a good level of digital literacy and the ability to become quickly familiar with new technologies.
You will have good interpersonal skills, be confident when dealing with people at all levels and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
