We are recruiting for an exceptional individual to join us as a Business Applications Specialist within DTS (Business Services), to provide day to day support and the development of enhancements to business processes and systems. This is a permanent appointment.
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, this role is responsible for contributing to the configuration and customisation of applications within the team's remit. You will be accountable for service delivery and quality of allocated work, promote service management and continual service improvement. Working effectively with stakeholders to realise the One Dundee approach.
Digital & Technology Services are currently undertaking a significant multi-year investment in new & improved services across the university. As part of this we are expanding our team and are looking for outstanding candidates to join us. You will be joining a team which is at the centre of the next stage of the university's growth.
