ABOUT THE ROLE
Swansea University seek an experienced and ethical fundraising professional with the ability to lead a growing philanthropy team and personally manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of major donors and charitable trusts/foundations.
Working closely with the Associate Director of Development and Alumni Relations and the Head of Development and Engagement, the successful candidate will be an ambitious, self-motivated, and personable team player. We are looking for an individual with outstanding communication skills and the ability to enthusiastically communicate the impact of philanthropy to a range of audiences.
You will be a supportive and empowering line manager who leads by example, and helps upholds our team culture of integrity, positivity, and kindness.
