We are seeking a professional, highly motivated and organised individual, with a commitment to excellent service, to join the Planning team as a full-time Timetabling Coordinator.
The Planning Unit ensures coherence and collaboration across the institution to inform and strengthen strategic decision making. We provide professional expertise for planning, external policy and data analysis, management information provision, timetabling, risk, and resilience.
The main purpose of this role is to coordinate, monitor and support the activities of the team towards providing an accurate teaching timetable that supports a high-quality learning and teaching experience whilst ensuring efficient use of the teaching estate. The role holder will be required to help facilitate and support effective relationships between the timetabling function, academic schools, other customers, IT specialists and software suppliers.
The Timetabling Coordinator will work collaboratively with colleagues to co-ordinate the collection and input of accurate data, providing guidance on timetabling policies and procedures, investigating system issues and deputising for the Head of Timetabling Services as required.
