Assistant Employer Engagement and Business Development Manager

This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

We are seeking a proactive individual to support our institution’s Employer Engagement Team within our Global Opportunities Division. The successful candidate will support the Employer Engagement and Business Development Manager with the day-to-day operations as well as development of mutually beneficial relationships with organisations to enhance the graduate prospects of all students. 

Working with the Employer Engagement and Business Development Manager you’ll lead the delivery of a range of activities with external partners, leading a team to deliver a broad portfolio of activities for students and graduates. You’ll lead a team operationally and build strong networks with internal stakeholders to ensure the diversity of our offer to employers and students is optimal.
