The Role
Are you an experienced educator with a passion for elevating the quality of education? Do you thrive on improving Teaching, Learning & Assessment (TLA) practices? If so, we have the perfect role for you at the RNN Group!
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to play a key role in delivering, developing, and enhancing the quality of education across the RNN Group. Your mission will be to provide an exceptional learning experience for all students, propelling the Group towards excellence and TEF gold. You will achieve this by showcasing your excellent teaching skills, leading quality improvement processes, and supporting curriculum teams in improving their pedagogical practices.

You will…
be a highly skilled teaching practitioner with a flexible approach to working. Your experience in further education and passion for developing others will make you an ideal candidate for this role. Your ability to lead quality improvement processes and support curriculum teams will be crucial in driving our mission forward.
You will hold a teaching qualification and be educated to a degree level. You will also hold Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths (or be willing to undertake).
Department Info
This role reports directly to the Professional Practice & Academic Standards Manager. As a vital member of the Team, you will collaborate closely with the Academic Standards and Education and Professional Development Leads.
