The University is looking for an experienced HR professional with significant HR transformation and organisational change experience to lead the implementation and embedding of the new target operating model (TOM); working closely with the Director of HR and directly reporting to the University’s Vice Principal for People and Diversity, who also serves as the Project Sponsor.
The role holder will lead the HR Project Team and play a key role in ensuring a more modern approach to people management across both our academic schools and professional service units.
This will involve working with service leads across HR and OD to continue to evolve and operationalise the agreed TOM, supporting the detailed design of new services to ensure a coherent experience across the staff journey as well as engaging at all levels across the University to develop and foster a shared vision and roadmap to success.
Reporting directly to the Vice Principal, People and Diversity (VP P&D), and working closely with the Director of HR, you will play a leading role in delivering the University’s ambition to attract and retain the best people and provide a high-quality staff experience which enables all our staff to contribute, thrive, and perform at their best. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a major journey of change toward a more modern approach to people management and engagement.
This is a full-time, 3-year, fixed-term role, covering beyond the expected project end date of December 2026.
