The Role and the Department

The post holder will work as part of a leisure team at Queen’s Campus Sports Centre, Stockton on Tees, to deliver the highest possible standards of service and customer care to sports facility users, both indoors and outdoors, and deliver personal training and fitness classes as and when required.
The post holder will be required to work shifts and unsociable hours.
The post holder will assist in the day to day running of the sports centre and deputise for the Assistant Facility Manager as and when is needed. The individual will take lead in the development of fitness programmes, classes and personal training that will provide a full fitness service to students, staff and the general public. Furthermore, the individual will support the generation of income with sports hall bookings and events, supporting users with any requests and queries. This role is based at Queen’s Campus Sport Centre.
